Making Your Online Advert Stand Out

Include Photographs

Pictures say a thousand words. So make sure you have the right shot to best show what it is that makes your home appealing to the prospective buyers.
  • If possible try and use a wide-angled digital camera, so that you get more into each shot.
  • Shoot more photos than you need. Try different view points, ground level or bird's eye views, and take them from a variety of angles to find the best pictures.
  • Try for a bare minimum: front of the house, back of house/yard/pool, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room.
